Return and refund
• All food products and boxes that contain food materials are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable after delivery, in accordance with food safety requirements.
• The customer bears responsibility for inspecting the order upon receipt, and receipt of the order is an acknowledgment of its integrity and conformity.
• Replacement will only be considered if there is damage or a proven error in the order, provided that it is reported within 24 hours of receipt and clear photos are provided.
• The facility does not bear any responsibility for improper storage or use after delivery.
• Shipping fees and commissions are non-refundable.
• By completing the purchase process, the customer acknowledges his agreement to this policy, and this acknowledgment is considered a legal proof binding on both parties.
